CARRIER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Orders are shipped and delivered only on all days except Fridays and public holidays.

Orders placed on this site are only delivered in the KSA. For shopping in other countries, please change your store in the Ship To section located in the footer of the website

COUNTRIES TO WHICH WE DELIVER

While shopping on "sa.diesel.com" we only deliver to addresses within the Saudi Arabia.

The shipping address of your order should match the Country website in which you place your order.

Please select the correct Country from the link in the header of every page.

TRACKING THE DELIVERY

You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number we will provide by email, or from your account if you are a registered user. We will send you the shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse store.

You may also check the shipping status of your order on the "Orders" section in My Account or from the Track my order page below.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you can track your parcel.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our stores and the paid order amount will be refunded on the original payment method
